Absolutely, hire Jackie! I must confess, I was the client who suggested one thing, changed my mind, wavered on decisions, even needed a second trial, and so on (Sorry, Jackie!). Jackie handled all my back-and-forth with incredible grace and patience. She's not only immensely talented but also provided fantastic recommendations leading up to the big day, which truly tied everything together. I had a total of 14 people requiring hair and makeup services, and Jackie's entire team was exceptionally efficient. All my girls looked stunning, and they even helped the mothers discover their best looks. Plus, we stayed right on schedule. She has a very gentle application, which was critical for me as I had sensitive, blemish-recovering skin. She was extremely patient and accommodating to my feedback as I had a very specific vision of what I wanted. As a Leo–Virgo cusp, I’m naturally a blend of warmth and precision — soft-spoken, detail-oriented, and a perfectionist at heart. My journey began with the familiar faces of my community, where every face I learned was Asian. Makeup quickly became the creative outlet that resonated most deeply with me, eventually evolving into a career I feel incredibly grateful for.
Being invited into such an intimate and meaningful moment in a bride’s life is something I hold with great care. Outside of artistry, I enjoy the simple, cozy moments of life with my family — from playing board games and binge-watching my favorite shows while cuddled up with my dog Ollie to cooking at home.
